Mini Comfort Food Shaved Ice

When I was in summer camp, at the end of every day the ice cream truck would come down the road! We would all run to the side of the baseball field and line up to get our sweet treats! I always went for shaved ice instead of a popsicle or anything else. Shaved ice is just that perfect mix of cold, colorful, and crunchy!! But, not in a weird ""there's something in my soft serve"" way, more like in a ""mmmhm, I love this texture!"" sort of way!
